Evelyn Harris

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Evelyn has lived in many Southern states and currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. While never formally studying fine arts, she has become a self-taught artist and teaches art classes at a residential treatment program.

Evelyn works predominantly with acrylic paint while occasionally incorporating mixed mediums or accessories like chains to a stretched canvas. In regards to the creative process, Evelyn draws inspiration from women and nature. She holds an appreciation for the lines and curvature of the female form and enjoys the parallels between women and the natural world.
