Evita Petrou was born in Larnaca, Cyprus in 1993. She is studying Fine Arts at the University of Complutense in Madrid.
Evitas works predominantly from life, human feelings and memory. She sees each painting more than just a beautiful object.
She mainly works with portraits and human figures looking for the challenge of emotion.
She participated in a group exhibition in May 2022, at the 3 Angeles Modern Art Gallery, in Larnaca. In September 2022, she participates in a Pancyprian Art Competition at 3 Angeles Modern Art Gallery in Larnaca. In November 2022 she will participate in another pancyprian Art competition in Nicosia. Also in November she is preparing to present a painting in a group exhibition in Limassol for "The elimination of violence against women".
