Fiona Mclean

Born and raised in the West Midlands, England - in the Black Country to be precise - the cradle of the Industrial Revolution. My art, however, relates to the greener things in life. Trees, meadows, flora and light are my inspiration.

My artistic skills were most honed when I completed A Level Art. It was like a light had been switched on. Subsequently, I fulfilled my childhood ambition when I trained (with my specialism in Art) as a primary school teacher, teaching locally for many years. I am now aspiring to make more time for 'doing something for me' and fulfil a more aesthetic ambition.

Since I was little, I've always enjoyed creating drawings and painting for others, which have mostly been given as gifts; now I feel I can take the next step into selling to a wider audience. Thank you for taking the time to look.
