Cristina Guerrero

Cristina Guerrero was born in San Sebastian (Spain) in 1979.
She had her first contact with the oil technique and drawing in 1988 in the academy of the painter Xabier Obeso, placed in Renteria where the artist resides. She was formed, up to coming to the University in 1997.
She was graduated from the "University of the Basque country" in 2002. The above mentioned formation had been complemented with studies and qualifications in graphical design, web page design, photography and lighting, which are used as indispensable tool for his work.
Since 2004 she has been established in the International Art Scene through individual and group exhibitions in diferent international fairs.
Cristina Guerrero, in her series "SIMILARITIES" connects as a diptyches, and with the technique of oil canvas, objects of her personal life and of her property, and details of her body or of the body of her partner, expressing a link between the object and its anatomy.

She was graduated from the "University of the Basque Country" in 2002
