All my works are centered around a symbol called "The Symbol of GAH" which started life as a minimalistic self portrait.

The symbol was created for a family member who had mental health issues to enable them to take a moment of pause, to focus on the symbol, listen to their breath, and help themselves positively self-manage their emotions & thinking.

The Symbol of GAH is an anchor for good mental health.
