Ginger Gilmour

I am a contemporary artis borne in 1949 and has lived in Britain for the last forty-five years. I feel that each painting, each sculpture, each environment has a special story and is a reflection of my journey to discover that I was born with a soul of the artist. Inspired by many great teachers Art is not a goal but a means to awaken the inner joy, peace, and harmony dormant within our hearts. I believe that there is so much more about being human that we have forgotten i.e. the divine and the sacred. The doorway is in creating Beauty and revealing once again the Paradise within. I believe that the artist will and does play a incredible role in uplifting humanity out of this crisis. But only if it is creative and not destructive. I mean they need to create images and forms that reflect the deep essence of life. Only this will aide the survival of Humanity. Currently, we are locked into a spin that blinds us from the Love, Beauty, Wisdom, Kindness that is in every heart. I am inspired to be a Messenger of that vision. Please join me to once again live that Art of Beauty. It is possible. It awakens deep within and never leaves us. We just need to REMEMBER.

I have primarily studied in the 'Art of Perception' and 'Life drawing' with Cecil Collins for 10 years whose main body of work is in the Tate Britain.

Then studied Rudolf Steiner Sculpture studies in West Hoathly, west Sussex, UK

Jungian Analyst with Gerhard Adler and then Mrs Adler after he past on.

Mental Colour Therapy studied, practiced, taught along side Lily Cornford for eight years in London and Switzerland and the States.

Michigan State University foundational course in Chemical Engineering and Art

1966 High School Education graduated Cum Laude
