I was born and educated in Gdańsk, Poland. Currently I live and work in Prague.
For more than 30 years my artistic work has been my true passion and employment. Through it, I have been exploring different options for expressing my inner world.
I work with oil paints, acrylic and watercolor. I combine painting with different materials. For example, it looks interesting when you combine fusing glass with tin or use pieces of old wood smoothed by water from the ocean in combination with paper. Combining these unique materials with paint gives amazing results.
In the art of painting I am fascinated by unspecific things done "my way". I am amazed at unique ways how to combine different colors on canvas and techniques exploring the possibilities of adding several layers or absorbing the paint.
I enjoy the effects of dissolution and breaking shades.
Creating relief structures on canvas sometimes captures me so much that time ceases to exist.
The creative process is a unique, playful experiment with no strict rules. Here everything is permitted!
Maybe that is why I feel inner freedom and imagination melting together, the unknown tune and the text joining. Or maybe just a quiet touch ... heaven."
