Elena Terentieva - lyrical impressionism in pastel.
Each of my paintings is a lyrical story, told in an unusual and rare mixed technique of dry and soft pastels. In my works, I use handmade pastels to transfer onto paper those thoughts and feelings that the surrounding nature gives me. The brightness and softness of the pastel at the same time allow me to create special effects, the dance of light and shadows, and the shading of the colors with my fingertips fill the paintings with warmth and positivity.

Studied private academic and watercolor painting for several years.
In 2020-2021, completed several professional online courses in pastel painting in the style of impressionism with professional pastel artists.
