Izah Gallagher

Izah Gallagher is a Colorado native and run-a-way lawyer, who spent formative primary school years in Northern Africa where her father was positioned in Tripoli, Libya. Her mother was and is an artist. Over the past decade, she's attended film school and art school while practicing law full-time. Armed with this unusual and varied background, she's now looking at career transition in order to more closely align career path with personal interests: art, film, design, travel, literature, ponies and the like.

She has exhibited her work in venues in Colorado, including at the Emmanuel Gallery, Translations Gallery, P&l Gallery, Boxcar Gallery, Artwork Network, RedLine Gallery and more. In 2007, she had her first solo show which was held over for two months. The show explored conceptual and aesthetic intersections of time, memory and landscape, as well as their role in shaping identity.
