Jack Coburn

As you can see from my thumbnail, I'm at the older end of the artists on Saatchi! That means I have a lot of experience of life and art, and know what I like and enjoy.
After painting for many years in different mediums and subjects, I came to the decision that I was tired of painting landscapes and portraits, and wanted to create new, different and exciting works of art.
I realised this meant painting abstracted artworks, where colour and form became extremely important.
When I embarked on this new way of painting a few years ago, I found that I was excited, and looked forward to going into my studio, to start each new day of painting!
