Janet Adegoke

I go by the name Janet Adegoke. I am an emerging female artist based in Nigeria.
I work with acrylic and wool on canvas.

My pieces address societal issues affecting women. I raise awareness on injustice and unhealthy socio-cultural practices against them. The themes of my discourse are sensitive, so I lay them bare for engagement.

I am also a budding documentary photographer capturing sights and sounds around me that resonate with my creative spirit.

I graduated with a second class upper in Human anatomy from Bowen university, Nigeria in 2018.
