Marcin Jastrzebski

I was born in 1974 in lublin. I studied philosophy at Marie Curie Sklodowska University. I am a member of lublin association of photography and since 2007 also of association of polish art photographers. I mostly photograph nature, landscapes and landmarks of different cities. My photographic works are closely linked with my interest in art and graphics and that is why i often photograph abstract forms or very subjective vision of the world. In open air I use long exposure time to derealise the recorded picture and most of the photos are taken during dusk or dawn because to me they are ‘times of change’ when you can record the world in the most surprising way. I took part in many national and international exhibitions. I am also a laureate of many competitions in poland and abroad.
