Jelena Simovic

Jelena Simovic was born in 1982 in Belgrade, Serbia.
She graduated in 2008 on applied painting department at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, and during her studies she was on scholarship for talented students.
In the period 20007/2008 she received scholarship of French governement at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs, Paris.
Now she lives and works in Belgrade as a freelance artist, she has taken part in a number of group and solo exhibitions in Serbia and abroad.
From the 2010 she is a member of the Association of the Visual Artist of Serbia.

• 2008 - Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Wall Painting Department.

• 2007– 2008 - Six months internship in Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs, Paris scholarship of the French Government

• 2004 – Graduate engineer of textile and clothes design, Higher Technical School in Belgrade
