Joanne Risley

I am a British sculptor living and working in Cheshire, The United Kingdom.
I have just installed a sculptural panel which was commissioned by Aldi for their new store in Poynton.
My current work explores man's relationship to the landscape and is inspired by trips to the Pembrokeshire and mediterranean coasts.

I graduated from The University of Ulster in 1987 with an MA in Fine Art. I have a 2:1 degree in Fine Art (sculpture) from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, University of Dundee from where I graduated in 1986.
I completed a foundation course in art at Mid Cheshire College of Art and Design in 1983.
