Esther Phillips

Esther Phillips began her journey in 2011, when she moved to the United Kingdom from Kleve, where she had lived for 11 years. She began to understand her own identity as a result of her keen observation skills. Drawing and painting her visuals is a way for her to release her trauma and gain a better understanding of her inner self.




Esther's dedication to the fine arts has aided her in discovering her distinct identity and aesthetic. Acrylic, oil, and digital media were used as mediums. Exploring different mediums allows Esther to experiment and delve into the depths of her imagination, where her true passions lie.

I studied design at the University of the Arts London and am interested in creating a space free of discrimination and bias through 3D art with bright, bold colours. I want the artwork to reflect the audience's perspectives while also allowing them to create their own personal interpretation. In 2016, I submitted my work to the national portrait gallery, and while I did not win, it was a great experience for me to grow my creative business.

I've shown my work at several local artist events in and around London.
