Kacper Bartczak

I am a photographer and some times an ornithologist who persistently tries to combine these two passions. My great love for observing nature, which I seem to have been born with, combined with my passion for photography already in my childhood years. Initially, the focusing screen consisted mainly insects and birds, but soon they were joined by portraits of my closest family and friends. In high school, this fun became a real passion, which led to the graduation of three photography schools. Many hours spent in photo studios or printing plants gave me fundamental and extensive technical knowledge. Finally, collaborations and discussions with artists and critics, as well as professional literature, steered my work towards conceptual and creative photography.

Several individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and Europe. Among others:

the projects "Left semi-profile" and "5 days trip" in Warsaw, "Warsaw beyond time and memory" and "Zwidoki" in Warsaw and Łódź, or "Kerry from the sea" in Caherciveen.
