Kajsa-Tuva Werner

As an artist rooted in the picturesque landscapes of Jämtland, Sweden, I, Kajsa-Tuva, emerged onto the national stage around the dawn of the millennium. My canvas reflects the intricate landscape of my inner world, pulsating with bursts of vibrant color or cloaked in the depths of profound blackness. Each stroke tells a story, sometimes exploding with energy, other times drifting into ethereal dreams.

My creative journey extends beyond the realm of painting, encompassing sculptures, texts, drawings, and even weaving through the fabrics of clothing and textiles. Amidst the rhythm of two to three exhibitions each year, I seek inspiration in travel and the serenity of nature, enriching my artistic lexicon with diverse cultural experiences.

Drawn to the lively spirit of pop and street art, I find solace in the works of iconic visionaries such as Niki de Saint Phalle, Paul Klee, and Andy Warhol. Their influence infuses my creations, as I continue to craft my unique artistic narrative, weaving together threads of inspiration into a tapestry of self-expression.
