Kalisia Cox

I was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States at ten years old. Art was in the background for most of my life as I focused on science. I am a self-taught artist who works primarily in acrylics and pastels. My acrylic work is mostly done with a palette knife as it allows me to paint more freely. My pieces will often depict beautiful people and places. Traveling is one of my other passions, and one of the ways I document them is through my paintings.
