Kathleen Eldridge

Ever since I can remember, I’ve always had great interest and curiosity towards art. I’ve experimented with both figurative and abstract art, sometimes even creating a mixture of both, capturing it in large cale formats. Art to me is like an adventure, where I can discover the beauty, truth, and freedom of the mystery of life. My main themes are the understanding of the universe, the human couple, and fabrics and textures. Fabrics and Textures are my most recent inspiration. They may seem like simple perceptions of the apparent or the ephemeral, but they symbolize so much more. Nowadays I’m a full time artist, still discovering new techniques and trying to reinvent myself through my paintings.

Main technique: oil over canvas

My biggest wish is to exhibit my art in New York or Florida some day.

My work has been exposed in art and architecture magazines, building lobbies, museums, and residences. Important art collectors of Mexico and Spain have acquired some of my work.
