Keith Massengale

My works are a spontaneous thought on details and design in the realm of the abstract. After many years operating as an Engineer in the industrial space, I often draw from experiences having worked in environments as an Industrial Engineer where details and often complex systems rule the day. The level of detail in my work is intended to engage and challenge the viewer to arrive at their own discovery and thoughts. With often no clear design intent, I like to let the creative process drive the direction of the art, so that I am also an active participant in the discovery of the end result. Working in different mediums, from painting to metal sculpture, has allowed the creative process to remain interesting and engaging.
