'In Memoriam'-card with elements playing an important role in 'Where the shrikes are singing' : a mobile as tomb-stone, a tipp-exed cross and a background created with tipp-ex and an aureola created with mobile light. Some suggest that the person in the picture is the young Lanida Excisa, filmed during a performance, pouring tipp-ex over her head and body. Lanida Excisa is the creator of "Where the shrikes are singing" a Gesamtkunstwerk including film, installation, performance, photography, classical art and taxidermy.It started as an experimental movie script in which tipp-ex, mobiles and birds play an important role. Main character of the script is an older paintress, becoming mad by solitude.

First known steps of Lanida Excisa were in 2008-2009. Rumours go that she's the mad paintress in the script of 'Where the shrikes are singing', thus depicting an autobiography of solitude, increasing madness and the bad relation with her son. She is said to be one of the main characters of the fairy-tale 'Vliegenman', which she wrote at young age. ,
