Laurel Antur

I'm fascinated by dreams, mythology and symbolism, and love exploring these in my art. Several icons reappear in my work: rabbits, horses and stags. These symbols have evolved and changed as I've worked with them in my art, maturing, growing old and dying. Exploring themes of gender, power, and spirituality, these icons weave a story of the experience of being a woman in today's world.
