Les Mayers is an established, contemporary artist and designer from Southern California. He pioneers many today’s advanced methods of creating, displaying, and enjoying art, and has contributed to the emerging acceptance of digitally created art as a major fine art movement. His innovative impressionistic art has been sold in fine art galleries and exhibited from coast to coast throughout the United States, including New York's iconic Times Square.
He believes the conceptual definition of fine art should include all items of beauty, that have been created as an artifact. Although Les originally presented his art as traditional oil paintings on stretched canvas and specialized art papers, his artistic journey expanded to include the exploration of various emerging new media (such as milled metal, Plexiglas, and other unique substrate materials), advanced graphic creation techniques, and many new concepts of presenting graphic images and fine art.
