Linda Angio

Originally from Chicago, IL, I left my home state thirty plus years ago with my husband and two children and never looked back. I love to move because it gives me the chance to create a new home ,and I Love to create! Art is one of the things I enjoy creating. I also enjoy adding a bit of whimsy to my art, hoping it will bring a smile to the viewers face. My work has been bought by collectors and individuals alike, has been in Savannah Magazine and is available in a gallery in Savannah, GA. My wish is that you enjoy my art as much as I did creating it.

I attended nursing school right after high school but found that was not where my heart was. I do not have a formal art education - I am basically self taught - but have taken many classes in sculpture, drawing, drafting, Rosemaling, and painting to name a few. I have also done rug hooking and made floor cloths which were sold thru an interior design store in one of the towns I have lived. I now find pencil and watercolor are my tools of choice.

I have exhibited in Rome, GA., Atlanta, GA and Blue Ridge, GA.
