Since being raised on our farm in Staffordshire in the UK, art has always been a part of my life, constantly inspired by the seasons and harvests, and walking the fields with my father, or helping mum with the sheep and goats during my childhood, so my love for nature, food and animals is very much part of what I create.

Moving to London firstly to study fashion and then working within the fashion and interior industries as a PR in London, I've been privileged to work alongside some of the UK's most incredible creatives, which has defined my direction with the way I create my art. We've since moved to Marlow in Buckinghamshire, well known for it's Michelin Starred restaurants, so food is usually my main subject these days.

Each oil painting I create is my impression of nature and still life. They feature an energetic style, using modern muted tones, working well within contemporary and historic sanctuaries, adding an energy to every wall in the home.

1988 to 1991 I Studied HND Fashion Design & Technology at Stafford Art College, moving to London after being accepted into Ravensbourne University London to study a BA Hons in Fashion Design.

After a career in PR spanning over 20 years working in London for some of the best British brands including Laura Ashley, Lisa Stickley, London Fashion Week, V V Rouleaux and David Collins, I have since been accepted into Heatherleys School of Fine Art to pursue a Diploma in Portraiture from September 2022. This will lead to further development of my style and will be an exciting new direction for my art.
