Leonard Siebeneicher

As an artist, I explore my perceptions and observations. I am fascinated by those subtle things that are often overlooked. In many of my paintings, I aim to capture them in a nuanced manner.

I have been involved in artistic pursuits since my childhood. I received early support as an autodidact from my mother, who is herself an artist. She studied design at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld.
Later, I received further support from Jochen Geilen. Ilyas Phaizulline and Leslie Jackson (Oregon) both helped me with their feedback. My self-directed learning path is characterized by studying the works of old masters, practicing études, and experiments.
