Linda Tarr

I was a clinical psychologist in Virginia before returning to my childhood home of south Florida. I am a member of the Miami Art League, where I have displayed my artwork.
I am inspired by painters from the Renaissance to modern times, especially the Impressionists like Matisse and Cezanne.
I paint in a representational style, and my paintings include figures, landscapes and still life. I choose subjects based on their beauty, color and emotional impact.
