Luce Pelletier

Based in Quebec, I am a sculptor and researcher with a background in Ethnology (PhD studies) and an MFA from the Université de Montréal. My work explores the intersection of nature, humanity, and textile traditions through site-specific sculptures. I create hybrid forms that bridge the mineral, animal, and plant worlds, utilizing both ephemeral and permanent materials. With over 30 public art commissions, my practice deeply questions our relationship with the environment. I have also shared my expertise as a professor at the Maison des métiers d’art de Québec since 2009.
