Luis Colan

I'm a painter currently living and working in New York City. At the moment my work focuses on landscape painting, especially plein air, but not limited to it since I also work with still life and portraits. The subject of my paintings is not just about the places or things I represent, but mainly on the physicality of paint and light effects.
