My painting is connected to spiritual exploration and practice of meditation. I work intuitively. My ink paintings are abstract but also figurative in the sense that human and animal shapes or suggestions of landscapes often emerge. I name and describe my works according to what I see in them, but I believe they should be completely open to subjective experience.
