Malcolm Koffy

Malcolm Koffy was born in the Netherlands and moved to Curacao after a few years.It was in Curacao where Malcolm perfected his style of painting that contributed to his well known ability as an artist.
As an artist,Malcolm avoids staying tied to one technique.He likes to create a mixture or blend of different styles altogether and also amplify in other styles.
The main elements that contributed to Malcolm success n this paintings are:people,shadow and details.According to Malcolm Koffy and artist must generate an impression in a person who is observing his paintings and much stronger the impression,much more people will puled towards your style.As a result of this a person will recognize,appraise and comprehend and illustrates his artistic vocabulary.
From 2005-06,Malcolm took part in 4 group-expositions which took place at the Landhuis Knip,Rifford Village and Snip Gallery.By 2007,his work was exhibited in regional and international territory at the Caribbean Craft Show,which was attended by a great number of well known local artist.
In 2009 Malcolm made his first appearance as a solo artist in the exposition titled:''THE BEGINNING''. Malcolm also participated in other expositions in 2010 and 2011.
