Manny Neubacher

His work deals with the compound nature of beauty and the liminal space that exists between creation and destruction, peace and violence and light and dark. Often a comment on the layers of imperfection which surround us and the depth of their complexity. The struggle between the painting and its surface show the relation between the ethereality of the figure or landscape and the rough and deliberate nature of the artist’s hand.
