Manuel Iallonardi

I am a photographer and communication specialist. My studies concern corporate communication and advertising and I am expert of communication philosophy. My pictures were exhibited and featured in catalogues in European Countries among which Italy, Finland, Greece and Switzerland.
As a young photographer I expect my working life to be in the field of architectural photography, mainly.
As for my personal life, I often find myself gathering, culling and selecting pictures I have taken weeks before. On the whole, this is the way I edit my series: tracing back to an idea (or an intuition) that well associate groups of pictures. More and more I am dedicating time to sharpen my vision in documentary and street photography.
In my academic career I conducted an analysis on the eidetic properties of the photographic image and on the dynamics of photographic practice intended as a political action. In recent years I developed a deep sense of dissatisfaction in regard to how the photographic medium is involved in mainstream media usage.
