Maria Mur

Maria Mur, born in Moscow. Maria has lived in Prague and most recently in Munich since 2010. Maria is a member of the international art organization ArtNations. Maria works with acrylic, oils and watercolors. “Painting presents the opportunity to develop and explore my creative side and inspires me to bring to life attractive and interesting themes. When I am painting I find myself deeply immersed in the matter, it’s a wonderful diversion and a freeing experience. I seek to produce work which is visually stimulating and somewhat challenging. I wish to reflect the complexities of the world which surrounds us, with meanings and images sometimes submerged beneath inital impressions and expectations.”
