Marina Di Luce

Born in 1987 near Nantes (France), creations were always around her. She had the chance to study in Nantes, this city gave her the taste of alternative art. Then, Marina was enriched by the taste of others and their influences during her travels. She discovered that she had something to say and that creations were the best way to express it.
During an artistic residency in Berlin, she was able to experiment with textile art using natural inks. Berlin gave her that feeling of freedom. Rome is another inspiring city where cultures and ages mix, which is why she decided to move there.

Marina always starts by choosing a fabric and some spices to dye it. Then she uses different techniques to transform the fabric: fabric printing, glazing technique, Shibori technique, Eco printing on textile, etc.
