Mario Merola

I have been drawing, sculpting and painting since the late 1940s.

Early on I was inspired by architecture and sculptures which I integrated into public art and murals. And drawing has formed the backbone of all my work.

Even now, when I'm not drawing or painting, I am often seeking inspiration for my next work.
