On leaving school at 16, I started work in the building trade the following day. After a bad fall I returned to education studying a N.D. and H.N.D. in 3d Design Craft and a Dip. H.E. in Visual Art at N.W.H.C. in Nuneaton, switching to Coventry University to complete my B.A. in Fine Art.
During this time I have amassed many new and varied skills to add to my vocational inventory. I tend to work sculpturally, exploring an auto biographical past. Although some of these personal themes are quite dark, I like to reflect humour in my oeuvre.
