About Mark King

Mark has recently been named one of the "200 Best Photographer's Worldwide". This is the 3rd time in a row he has been featured in this exclusive list and prestigious bi-annual photography book, curated by Luerzers Archive in Germany. Mark has also received recognition this year from the Association of Photographers (AOP), short-listed in one of their strongest categories and subsequently appeared in the AOP's annual awards exhibition and book.

Winning numerous international photography awards over the past 10 years, Mark's work has been included in several USA Communication Arts Photo Annuals, twice in the UK AOP awards (as well as being shortlisted for their Bursary Award in 2007) and has also  featured in the American Graphic Design Awards and the Royal Photographic Society Awards (RPS).

Mark regularly works for editorial, design and advertising clients around the world. With his design background and sensibility, Mark strives for his photographs to be graphic in nature and finely balanced in composition and tone. His photography likes to question scale and realism, often playing with notions of abstraction.
