MILAGROS MARTOS RUBIO born in Almeria, January 20, 1948.

Art based on nature, where forms are at the service of color and textures.

1971: Honorable Mention at the Colegio Mayor Barberán
1973: Prize for painting in the art room "Ciudad de Puertollano"
1974: Painting Prize in the "Art Contest" organised by "El Corte Ingles" (Sevilla)
1975: Painting Prize "Hidalgo CAVIEDES" in the international competition of painting, sculpture and drawing, organised by the city of Quesada (Jaen)
1976: Award painting competition organised by the city of Jodar (Jaen)

1969: Starts her studies at the University of Fine Arts of San Fernando (Madrid). In 1972 she obtained the degree
1972: takes a life painting course at the International School of painting of San Cugat (Barcelona)
1988: Photography Seminar taught by "Ouka Lele" and organised by the Institute of Culture "Juan Gil-Albert"
1997: takes part in the first International Course of Plastic Arts "Villa de Buñol" taught by the painter Antonio Lopez and organised by the Hon. City of Buñol

1978 - 2008: Art teacher at Instituto Miguel Hernandez of Alicante

1970: Personal exhibition of her work in the "Sala Villaespesa" Casa de Cultura de Almería
1971: participates in a group exhibition at Valladolid and is invited to participate in the National Exhibition of Contemporary Art held in Santurce (Vizcaya)
1972: exhibition of her work at the Exhibition Hall of the Faculty of Fine-Arts of San Fernando (Madrid)
