Maryam Imran

Maryam Imran is a visual artist born in Karachi in 1997. She did her bachelors in visual art from Beaconhouse National University in Lahore (2016-2020), where she graduated with a distinction. She is currently based in Lahore.

She mostly works with the medium of painting, photography, drawing and video. Her art practice revolves around the idea of meditation, observation and imagination. She works with the processes that are repetitive and bring the mind in a peaceful state of rest.
