Maupal Mauro Pallotta

Mauro Pallotta aka Maupal, contemporary and street artist. In January, 2014 he painted the Super Pope Graffiti depicting Pope Francis as a Superhero. His mural has been tweeted by the Vatican Communication account which led him meeting Pope Francis and giving him the artpiece as a present. Before being a street artist, Maupal is a sperimental figurative artist. His main technique is spray on steel wool.
