Melissa Salamanca

I was born on June 25 in Barranquilla, a city in the Colombian Caribbean, I grew up doing what I enjoy most, I have participated in projects and exhibitions at different stages of my career, whether in Art or Interior Space Design.

At the age of 4, I discovered a gift that I have received from God: to have a sensitivity for art, especially drawing and painting, to know that using my mind, imagination, and hands, I could create something visibly beautiful. For as long as I can remember, I have had a great interest in the world of creativity, I have always found it fantastic to capture my vision of reality.

My inspiring muse is life, and I highlight how positive it accompanies me, images, colors as well as experiences, feelings, and sensations. Living surrounded by fauna and flora has been a great inspiration for me, for its diversity and colorful. Everything that I lived in my hometown has been a critical piece for my creations, and my most significant reference is Love towards life, maternity, family, and nature.
