Vladislav Mikhailovich Metelkin (born March 11, 1962, Metelkino village, Severodonetsk, Luhansk region) is a Ukrainian landscape painter.Married, has a daughter.
In 1976 he met the artist V.V. Tsvetnoy[1], who became the first teacher in the sphere of life for Vladislav. In 1979, they were discovered by an artist of the Lugansk Regional Philharmonic. In 1980, he was assigned to an urgent military unit in the Strategic Missile Forces of the city of Rostov-on-Don. In 1982, with the exception of cases when recommendations are issued to Vladislav for out-of-competition enrollment in higher specialized educational institutions. From 1983 to 1988 he studied at the Odessa Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Art and Graphics. Married, has a daughter.
1991 - Vladislav becomes the artistic director of the association of artists in Odessa - "Creativity".
1994 - The first personal exhibition of the artist takes place in the Odessa Museum of Local History. During the exhibition, real recognition comes to Vladislav - the paintings sold are dispersed not only throughout the territory of the CIS, but also to Greece, China and Japan.
1999 - Exposition of works at the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Kyiv).
2000 - Participation in exhibitions painting: "Kyiv Spring-2000" (Kyiv); "Our home is Odessa" (Odessa); art project "Rodnik" (Kiev).
2001 - Participation in exhibitions: "Euroimage - 2001" (Kiev); "Art-bridge-project" (Odessa); "Odessa Art Panorama" (Odessa); "MMM" - "Metelkin-Melnikov-Mikhailov" (Odessa); "Fifth International Festival of Arts" (Odessa). 2002 - Participation in the painting exhibition "Poetry of Colors" in the Ukrainian Cultural Fund (Kyiv). 2006 - Vladislav donates his canvas to the Zaporozhye Regional Art Museum for exposition.
2007 - Participation in the art project "Blessing" (Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin, Germany).
2007 - Vladislav's personal exhibition is held at the Museum "Spiritual Treasures of Ukraine...
