Mira Mikač

I was born February 1,1960 in Nis. I am in the field of art since the age 5. In 1980 I finished art school in Nis. In the 1986 I graduated from The Faculty Applied Arts in the Belgrade on the department of Painting. As an orthodox surrealist in the 1993 following many exhibitions i have named the new art form i have invented during my studies on the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade the Spiritual Realism. I live and work in my Celestial Workshop The Blue Spot. The Blue Spot is where it all begins makes and an end. What I designed as a child will last as long as my life. It stands for the concentrated and undisturbed universal capability of a man, which bursts out in the moment of true spiritual contact. This way it is realized and transformed into visual symbols. Blue Spot is the residence of evolved feelings. It is like cosmos through which we walk freely and thus own it naturally. It is filled with indefinite possibilities and what will we choose depends on our greatness and freedom. I own cosmos in a natural and direct way;it is the most communicative way for my.
