Modoi, one of the youngest rising stars in the art world, was born into a large family of 11 children, where he benefited greatly from the unwavering support of his parents. His father, Mr. Muwandiki Francis, was married to the beloved Nasalawo Faith, a woman widely admired for her grace and warmth. Tragically, the couple separated in 2017, marking a poignant chapter in the family's story. On his mother's side, Modoi shares close bonds with his five siblings: Gwanyi Deogratius, Puwata Erasmus, Mugala Hellena, and Kamya Kelvin.Modoi has captivated audiences worldwide with his prodigious talent in painting, creating evocative works such as A Nightmare and The Forbidden Fruit. His mastery of light, shadow, and emotion has drawn inevitable comparisons to legendary masters like Leonardo da Vinci, positioning him as a promising force in contemporary art.

Modoi's educational journey began at Only Way Nursery, a school founded by his father, where he laid the foundation for his academic pursuits. He continued his primary education at Kadenghe Primary School, completing Primary 1 through 3. In 2009, he transferred to Kamonkoli Mixed Primary School, where he repeated Primary 3 before advancing through Primary 7, graduating in 2013.In 2014, Modoi enrolled at St. Peter's College in Tororo, excelling through Senior 1 to Senior 6 and earning his Advanced Level certificate in 2019. He then pursued higher education at Kyambogo University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education. Complementing his formal studies, Modoi earned a Certificate in Information Technology from the Oxford Home Study Centre through distance learning, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and diverse skill development.
