Nina Murashkina.
About me.

My name is Nina. My mother gave me this name. That means Queen in the Shumer-language.

But my surname is Murashkina. That means a small hardwoking ant!
It's very funny, because my dad is two metres tall!

I love my name, because it expresses my essence.
My art works are Love, Death, War. The are eternal themes of art. The most important for me to express my feelings at this moment of my life.
I like red color and I use it always in my pictures.
I graduated Harkiv Academy of Art's. And I became an artist of Monumental Art or Wall-artist.
There I started painting big formats.
Art of Italian Renessans such as Jotto, Fra Anjelico, brothers Lorenzetti are influenced on my artworks.

Plots of my paintings are poetry, myth, mysterious reality. But I live now and fell how cynical world ruins the light in people soul's.

I wanted to cry, i wanted to run, to hide, but I haven't done that.
I decided to paint this in my paintings and to illustrate my emotions in different forms of modern art surch as installations, video-art, theatre, happenings.
I have been building my own space for years and I want to show it to my country and abroud.

2000 – 2005 – Studied at Donetsk Art College (Graphics Design).
2005 – 2009 – Studied at Kharkiv Art Design Academy (Monumental Painting).
2011 - Studied at Kyiv Art Academy (Stage Design and Film)
2009 – became a member of National State Artists Union.
2009 – became a member of Independent Artists Union.
