Nathan M Travis (b. 1994 New York) has a B.F.A in Fibers from the Savannah College of Art and Design. He has a focus on the existence and communication between materials and form. This has ultimately led him to a deep understanding of relationships between structure, balance, and movement. He expresses this connection through the abstraction of concepts which leads him to crossing the boundaries of the familiar and unknown, from the simple to complex.
