Tara Spicer

Tara's work has been described as "deeply whimsical".

Initially a self taught artist, Tara has had a life long passion for art.
Through her work she aims to inspire us and to remind us of the magic that we each hold within.

Strong colors, romantic ideals and the odd splash of humour are Tara's own unique signature style, Each original work of Tara's will bring a burst of life to any space, work or home and will always leave you feeling great.

"I believe that painted images have the power to create s shift within a person, not unlike a song or a well read story, that changes the person from that moment on. It is in this belief that I create the works that are displayed here, in the hope that I can bring warmth, magic and hope to those who love my work... That on some level, the viewer is moved and their faith in this world and their own light is restored and inspired."

Tara's professional background is comprised of a Bch. Sc. Exercise Science, Dip. Remedial Massage, Reiki I, II and Master.Her love of natural therapies, healing and color therapy has strongly influenced all of her artwork and themes.Tara has recently finished a series of private art tuition with another local and successful artist on the Sunshine Coast, Warren Haney.
