I create abstract artwork. My abstract creations give me the freedom to satisfy my compassionate perspectives in connection with my spiritual relationship.
I was born and raised in Bangladesh. In my adult life, I settled in Australia. Bangladesh gave me the opportunity to grow and learn in abundance; Abundance of love and belonging feed my compassionate views as I experience the lives of disadvantaged people.

I migrated to Australia in 2012 to continue my postgraduate studies in Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences at Adelaide University. During this time, I gained a more global perspective. I started painting again after a long break. My educators, people I met from all over the world and my pedagogical recognition helped me to grow a step further. Then I emigrated to Sweden with my family. In Sweden, I experienced an extremely harsh cold winter and an incredibly beautiful summer that felt like halfway to heaven. This time has been phenomenal in which I have made some wonderful friendships. I met friends, some of them from whom I learned about the horrors of hunger and horrors of war.

As I continued to create my artwork, I found much encouragement and recognition for my work during my time in Sweden.

From an early age...

Institutionally, I have a Ph.D. in Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences from the University of Adelaide.
I also did a Diploma course in Interior Design for my long-standing interest in design.

Professionally, I am involved in scientific research in the field of plant sciences. In my academic and professional work, nature, natural beings, and the coexistence of flora and fauna, in particular, the amazing symbiosis between underground fungi and plants, have moved my world of thoughts in recent years.

Konst- och konsthantverksutställning / Art and crafts group exhibition, 31 March – 19 April 2022, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Umeå, Sweden
