Oleksandr Naumiuk

Oleksandr Naumiuk is a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist who works primarily in oil painting and a graphic technique called 'monotyping'. Oleksandr was born in Lutsk, Ukraine.
His passion for painting can be traced from early childhood and resulted in his studying at the local Art School and later at the Institute of Arts at Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University. While exploring ways of traditional painting and studying such disciplines as anatomy, composition, sculpture, etc he always made an effort to find an appropriate way of self-expression with the help of art. Diving deeply into the history of Arts and other related subjects influenced some core changes in his attitude towards the world. A 4-year break has begun.
After the gap, Oleksandr reconsidered himself as a painter and started creating with a new wave of passion and strong motivation to express his feelings and thoughts, attitudes and observations, conclusions, and sometimes fallacies using a language of form, color, composition rather than words.
